I've just finished a jar of this. Absolutely delicious.
Trouble is I cannot for the life of me remember where I bought it.
I've checked out every store I go in to no avail.
Has anyone seen any for sale anywhere?

You can get it on Amazon, Caran. Might be useful if you can't find any in the shops.
Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
It's not showing up on MySupermarket.co.uk, which regrettably means that none of the big supermarkets stock it. (I tried searching for 'conserve' and 'preserve', as well as for 'jam').

So it's likely that you bought it at a local independent deli, or similar. What's the brand name, please, Caran?

I don't know Chris, I threw the jar away, I should have made a note of it.
Thanks tonyav, I will investigate Amazon.
I'm wondering if I bought it at a food festival now.
Thanks both of you for suggestions.

I'm in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
It could be worth trying Asian food retailers, where you might find it as 'Pazham Jam'.

Here's a recipe Caran. Would be worth a try... I wouldn't fill the jars with hot water, I would put them in the oven set on gas mark 1/2 for about 30 minutes before filling them with the jam

tonyav, That recipe on your clip looks pretty easy to me. If all fails I will have a go.
Never heard of it. Sounds kind of interesting but the fact no shops stock it would put me off.
