not nit-picking, TWR, it was a serious question. Can you think about it properly if you can't even say the word? If you can't, it suggests you're not really facing the possibility.
Eddie....you and I have the same idea, although I can't rely on my family donating my body with all its bits to medical science when I go.

But I have already suggested a place that could receive one of my favourite bits though !

Mikey !! that's rooooooood ! ...hail Mary..
My mum died in 1996 at the age of 58. I have five more years before I can beat that.

The only thing that concerns me about dying is my furry family being cared for in the way that they have become accustomed to. My brother assures me that he will 'take care of them'.

When I am depressed (these days that's most of the time) the thought of dying and all the mental torment just vanishing to nothingness is, almost, something to look forward to.

wolf..big hugs xx
mikey - is that your Wee Willy you are talking about?
Wolfie...alas, I'm afraid so ! I am now so fat that I can only catch a glimpse with one of the sticks with a mirror on the end, that they used to check for bombs under cars in Belfast years ago.
MM......thought you might enjoy it !
I have a belly like that Mikey.

MM - don't be nice to me, you might end up with the twins. I have just had a trip with Francis to the vet - he hates going nearly as much as I hate taking him.
