I am also having problems with SKYPE No matter what I do cannot connect to my daughter who lives in the US, I used to have a great connection then for some reason that dropped out and I cannot open any new accounts and my daughter has disappeared off my connections list, be grateful for any advice.

I would uninstall it, souxie and start again.
