Cutbacks to Sea / River defences, I'm sure the Government's to blame, why should the poor people that's suffered through this trauma have their Household Insurance Increased, I think the Government should contribute or intervene in this matter.

Yes it is right.
They should.
It never rained this much under Blair.
But yes, I agree that where flood risks are high so insurers charge a premium, that's an indication to me that more needs to be done to offer protection.

Isn't it damn annoying that we have to do as we are told by Brussels ??! Surely in this instance after all the flooding, Cameron can ignore them ...

The Cows gone out of the field now Viv, the damaged to people's homes /Business's has been done.
More migrants..more breeding...more houses....more floods...defences generally move the floods elsewhere.
