Does anyone have a recipe for a Chocolate and Clementine cake, please. I get the Sainsbury magazine regularly, and one of the letter-writers mentioned that she had tried making a Chocolate and Clementine cake which had been in the magazine a few years ago. She said it was delicious. I tried searching on the JS website for recipes, but all I could find was a chocolate and clementine cheesecake. Which, although it's ideal for the occasion I want to make it for, I didn't really want a cheesecake, wanted a sponge type cake. Just wondered if anyone can help. Thanks. Chox.
