Can anyone throw any light on my poor old feet..

I get into bed and within minutes they throb and feel like a million pins are sticking in them...the pain gets so bad I am kept awake for up to two hours trying to get them comfortable.

I have a degenerative spine and suffer back pain daily. I also have had both hips replaced a few years back.

I do wonder tho could it be Cholesterol medication causing it?

Not yet madamzajj I do intend making an appointment before the week is out.

I just wondered if anyone had such an experience that might give me food for thought to be going on with.

I do know my husband had to lower the very high dose of cholesterol tablets he was prescribed, because they gave him leg and feet pain.

My dose has been the same 20mg for over 10 years.
I get a similar thing from time to time, cupotee2. Mine's related to diabetes, it tends to be worse after a wee drink.
Maybe worth looking at? (The diabetes, not the drinking)
See your GP as it could be anything from inadequate blood supply to the legs to nerve irritation from you spine.

I suppose that you mean statins. They could be the problem, but unlikely.
