I'm sure there must be a way to do this, but haven't discovered it yet. No problem with copying a single page from Picasa 3 to a Word document, but I'm trying to copy a page that I've made up of four different photos. At the moment all I've succeeded in doing is printing it, scanning it again and then copying it. There must be an easier way?

Your photos are not actually IN Picasa, you are just using Picasa to view them.

These files are sitting on your computer hard disk.

So you could go directly in to Word, then select these 4 photos, and make the 4 photo layout that you have done in Picasa.
This comment below assumes you are using Windows.

Rather than printing off a document then scanning it in what you can do is take an "image" of the 4 photos.

Windows provides a program called the Snipping Tool. Using this you can draw a "shape" round any area of the screen and save it as an image.

So you could draw a shape round the 4 photos and then save that as one image.

You could then go in to Word and import that saved file as a single image.

Not a perfect solution, but better than printing then scanning.

Thanks VHG, I'll try that.

Another thing I've been trying to do is to scan directly into Picasa. Scanner is a Canon Lide 210. All I seem to be able to do is scan into Windows Pictures/Documents.
To scan direct to Picasa try this:- http://smallbusiness.chron.com/scan-picasa-63662.html
