I've just switched on my phone (Samsung Galaxy SIII mini - EE/Orange) to discover that about a third of the apps have disappeared and the bottom left corner of the screen says 'Safe Mode'. How can I get it back to normal, please? I've tried Settings and the Menu, but can't see anything there to help.

By all accounts you need to

just turn power off. Then push power button and volume 'up' button at the same time, until the phone starts up again.
