Forget shall we bomb Syria or not, the important thing it would seem is, what do we call our few female Fishermen?

With leader like Jeremy "Kill us we deserve it" Corbyn, nothing surprises me.
I'm just waiting for her to tell us the word 'mankind' should not be used to refer to the human race.
I am astounded that the link says there are only 100 female 'fishermen' I would have put it far higher than that.
Some socialists are idealists and don't live in the real world.

They live in a sort of socialist left wing utopia.

For example current Labour seem to bang on about welfare all the time but rarely if ever praise big business and business people.

But it is big business that makes the profits and employs the workers that PAY for the welfare.

But if current labour had their way they would tax the big banks and force them to leave the UK, but much of the UK's wealth comes from the big banks and financial institutions.

As a country we CANT keep paying out the welfare we do, after all we are £1.5 trillion in debt, but that does not worry labour, they want us to finish up like Greece and be totally bankrupt.

THEN we will see if our country can afford the current welfare bill.
Another spaced out labour idiot.
Why can't we have a like button on AB? I want to press it for VHGs post. I am so used to Facebook. VHG's post says it all re Corbyn et al.

Let's be fair, they don't even need to try that hard nowadays, do they?
Just how stupid can they get? I don't think I'll even bother engaging in debate any more (and this includes my idiot younger daughter who married a chap on about Corbyn's level - not an easy situation folks).
I thought this kind of issue was sorted long ago. In the seventies there was a feminist reaction to the use of words like "chairwoman" where they insisted women were afforded the full status of "chairman".

Funny how stuff comes around again.
aog :"Forget shall we bomb Syria or not, the important thing it would seem is, what do we call our few female Fishermen? "

Where does Kerry McCarthy say that?

Are you maintaining that " shall we bomb Syria or not" should exclusively dominate our thoughts?(the 'never mind' becomes 'forget' in you vicarious *own opinion - *owned opinion © or ® ??)

"Any attempts at actual engagement, at genuine debate are swiftly marginalized, mocked and crippled, with the policing done by the establishment media and members of the dissenters' own party, eager to prove their loyalty to the greater power structure."

The ease of your trust in the establishment mirrors the non sequitur of the argument you are led to.
