I am looking for good metalcore, deathcore, etc. breakdowns. Some examples of what I like is:
Attila - Callout
Attila - Shots For The Boys
ADTR Heartless
ADTR 2nd Sucks
FFDP - You
FFDP - Burn MF
Any suggestions of others? Thank you

//Within the context of metalcore, the song will drastically slow down, the cymbal will (usually) go to a simple 4 count, and the guitar will generally play very low, and often single chord chugs, usually synchronized with the kick drum. The latest trends have them in very choppy, highly synchopated and odd rhythms. Older and more traditional breakdowns are often simpler.//

Adumb is looking for this sort of example. I must point out Adumb that you are not likely to find many folk on this site who can or even want to engage in your subject. If my son was with me now he would talk all day with you.
ah...'ems bands ? and tracks.... rather like that one Togo !

Thank you Adumb, and oy don't let it be a fixation. Give yourself room to listen to all genres. Have a chill once in a while. 'The Kids Are Alright'

Thank you all for the answers. I do listen to those songs too. The Offspring, Nirvana, Evanescence, Linkin Park, Santana, Queen, etc. I was just in the mood for something heavier.
