Why bleedin not? what possible legal reason should stop us naming and shaming the pond life that did this? Can't bare cruelty to animals, just cannot comprehend by anyone would do it.

By the way, the RSPCA tracked down the dog that was being beaten and kicked after somebody filmed it and yet folk still call them. They saved that poor dog from more torture. No other charity would do that.
