A neighbors trampoline blew into my garden last Saturday/Sunday night in the high winds. The woman neighbour was told and she said she would inform her male partner as soon as he gets up. this was last Sunday He has not been around. It will take more than myself to lift it over the fence which is 7ft high , and the trampoline is large 7 or so ft diameter and upwards of 10 ft high with a mesh curtain.
There is no other way to get it back in to her garden but over the fence. I have thought of stripping it down so it's easier for me to lift on my own but why should I. Plus they could say I have damaged it.

You are being too accommodating, Mal.....put the for sale sign in the window where they can see it.....

I think you may have misread Ael's post....unless I've misread yours...x
Oh if only next door sleeps in the back bedroom - get all the children you know to have a trampoline party on condition they all shout loudly when at the highest point on their bounce.
it might be worth pointing out that if the trampoline does any dameage to your property or to anyone rlses that they will be liable for the costs.
anyone elses, not rises
I would tell them that if they don't collect it within 5 days you will advertise it on Gumtree.
woofie

kiiller trampolines stalk the streets - seeking victims to er squash trample on or otherwise damage ?

blimey that will get them to come over and put it back into its cage
They might be just enjoying a break from it, Bob...I used to live next door to a trampoline owner and often secretly wished the wind would carry it off (the trampoline, not the owner).

I think you're showing tremendous restraint. The cheek of some folk beggars belief.
Send them a bill for storage.
Look everyone the tampoline will move
but his neighbours may not ( for a year or two )

so he cant be that ars-ey because they are still gonna be there in a week or two - and you know Malaga may get kidnapped or the bogs block with the sewers running thro their property or something

[ which explains me only speaking to my neighbour Vicky Pollard with a chaperone present - o and my dog stole her plastic frog that I havent yeet owned up to ]
yes gness, i thought it was obvious that i was being sardonic towards malagabob's neighbours :-(

i'm sure malagabob will appreciate that information janet

Or not.
:-)
I agree with all who say sell it or what I would do is put sign in window with description of trampoline, saying free, collection only, that might move them.
