How many is too much? I had 6 last night and it was just enough. But how many do you have at one time?

It rather depends on what else is going on. I think your body works out your average and adjusts to it (to a certain extent, anyway) so we're all different.
I drink well above the suggested 'safe' limits and lie to the docs.. So far (66 yrs. and counting) so good. Everything else I'm very good about - Mediterranean diet (which contains, in fact, above recommended alchohol level), couple of veggie meals a week, decent exercise etc. OH takes same approach - he's 82, hale, healthy and happy.

Worry is the big killer, so don't do it!

^^^ I think I 'wrong threaded' a bit - point is basically the same.
Quiz...I never touch ferero rocher. Don't eat nuts.

I had a bag of peanut M&Ms in my bag for the last 3 days. My boss spotted them today and stole them....

The twisted part of my mind would dearly love to see that played out as an employment tribunal case or a promoted-after-boss-put-in-the-slammer scenario.

But don't.

*** cheek though; basically saying it's more than your job's worth to stop him pilfering your private possessions.

I always say I'll limit myself to 2 or 3 but end up eating about 10. :o(

I love 'em.
10!!! I would be sick!!
@ukanonymous

Just being seen to buy some would be "too much", for me.
(i) I'm a bloke and stupidly self-conscious about being seen buying something seemingly aimed at the other half of the population (see the poncification thread)
(ii) The sheer amount of packaging is bad enough but it looks like it is a non-recyclable type of plastic case and an awkward mix of paper and aluminium wrappings.
(iii) 30% cocoa content? Sounds like some beans have been waved in close proximity with some cocoa butter. In terms of bangs for the buck, I think that's a phut.

I sometimes feel sick, Sharon, but still don't have the willpower to stop eating them. I'm the same with Jaffa Cakes. I know when I've had enough but just can't stop shovelling 'em in. Fortunately I don't buy them (or have them bought for me) regularly.
The best thing about working at Hotel Chocolet is that you get lots of free samples for tea break. We each got a large box as a free gift when the Christmas rush was over and the temporary work finished.
Reminds me I must call in and see if they need me this year.
no to FR, yes to Hotel Chocolat, where I could eat a whole box in 10 minutes if I wasn't tied down. But really it's all a matter of taste, everyone's different.
None, hate them.
Sadly I can't eat as much HC as I used to......
Eddie, if they do need you can you grab me 4 advent calendars (RRP £12.50)?

Yours gratefully

Cash strapped Granny.
There's no such thing as too many, I could happily eat a whole box. And then another. Never tried the white ones, think I owe it to myself to I've them a go.
