THECORBYLOON, the dates I put up are the official dates, if anyone wants to jump the gun, that's up to them, and good luck to them, it's a good cause.

I also live in London. NONE of the places that usually sell them have any on display for purchase. Places tat DO NOT SELL POPPIES in my areaa are: my place of work (Chiswick Business Park); news agents,Tesco, Sainsbury, Post Office, WH Smith, petrol station - NONE of them. I have an impression that with the "cultural mix" we now have it's almost politically incorrect to be seen to be supporting something like the British Legion. I hope not - but what else explains this dearth of poppy selling?
