My Cat Was Spooked With Me Gargling

I had a sore throat and I gargled with 2 disprin to help it and it has however my cat got totally spooked all her back was arched and she started walking sideways.

If she is an indoor cat she won't be used to strange noises. One of mine runs away when she farts or if she wakes herself up snoring she runs out of the room. This will be a stressful time of year for her.
