How to you eat Linseed to absorb its nutrients?
I was thinking of having it with yoghurt or would you grind it?

I used to put linseed in my breadmaker but I think it is like sesame seed - it goes straight through you. Ground is better - I now buy golden milled linseed from Aldi

Here's a "muffin-in-mug" recipe. One way to eat linseeds and very easy to make. You can add herbs,chillies,cheese etc to it too.
