hi Cruella, nope
Ive just typed up a 2-page letter to the landlord (who lives down south) and enclosed digi photos of the mess, I will not be held responsible for any damage as I have put up with it all week and the weekend weather report is wind n rain again, already spent 3 nights and one day clearing up the mess
nothing i can do but moan about it, Im so fed up

Ok yes I may be a little clumsy. But snow doesn't help, neither do high heels actually! I've got them on again, they need to be wearable by tomorrow night!

Just spoken with R. He said it depends on what type of lease you have.
Have a read of it if you can find it and read the small print.

I read it the other night, Cruella - the usual get out of reasonable time for repair' and nothing more, Ive asked him in the letter to tell me what a 'reasonable length of time' actually is. The landlord may not be aware of the problem thats why I am writing directly rather than dealing with the stupid Agent again who ignores my calls or sends useless handymen.
