I live in Vienna, about 20 minutes by tram from the city centre.

Our Christkindlmarkt opened at the weekend, and although I'm not into Xmas, I do enjoy the run-up.

Nothing like a nice hot punsch or mulled wine to warm you right down to your toes!

BTW,my partner is Scots,he originates from Fife.
We have a running joke,that wherever you go in the world(and we have seen a lot of it) you can't get away from them! LOL

My daughter has a workmate who's Asian with a strong Glasgow accent!

I got to know a lady one summer at the pool and we nattered away in German for long enough before we realised she was from Edinburgh and I was from the Glasgow area !
