Saturday. Too cloudy to see the meteor shower...again.
In the visitor centre on the canal today. As usual I have to go and pick my mate up from Thornbury, so will be away early.
I haven't been out yet, but it's windy, His lordship has not gone far tonight.

As soon as I have finished this I will be doing the same. I have no idea when I will resurface - was thinking of copying Lord Tiggy and hibernating.

weecalf - enjoy your walkies, I hope that you have a dog. I love dogs, have had two (Bullmastiff/GSD and Lab/GSD/psycho) but the thought of early morning walks puts me off - that and the vicious female feline that lives here.

There's a lot of student houses around here and one sure sign that the summer is ending is seeing groups of fresh-faced students going around looking at the places they might live in during their studies.
They look like butter wouldn't melt in their mouths, particularly if they've their parents with them. But once they're settled in it's party after party.
