My new garden fence is one that slots into the concrete posts and when it is very windy it rattles. Can I buy something to wedge in to stop it before my neighbours complain.

Don't know if there is anything you can buy exactly for the purpose but this happened to me so I just hammered a thin bit of dowling between the side of the fence & the concrete post just tighten it up you can't see it and it worked a treat.
We did exactly the same silliemillie.
The rattling of the fence panels contributes a lot to the premature failing of the panels.
I've recently replaced 6 panels and this time I've wedged some bits of wood in the sides to stop them rattling. We painted the others regularly, but they recently literally just fell apart (no wedges in between the panels) .... hopefully these will last considerable longer :)
