Friday. A light frost this morning. Not windy, so it's not too bad. It rained all day yesterday, so it will be nice to stay dry today. Domesticity today, tidy the place up and do some washing before I depart tomorrow morning.

Morning xx been waiting for you :-). Not slept yet, as bit of an incident with a client, not safe to leave on his own. He's just gone off to hospital, so now drinking tea at my sister's. Going to be in even more of a daze than usual today...

Yes thanks, just tired. Very confused client was missing when i arrived, pitch black and raining. Found him on ground at end of road, freezing cold and soaking wet. He hasn't left the house on his own for years. Anyway, he's hopefully safe tonight. Probably won't sleep now. Torture chamber?? Minty's?

The poor man. It's so sad to see people in such a condition. I hope he is OK now. Your TLC will have helped him.

He's 89, they think a brain bleed...

My dentist is good on the grounds I'm bigger than him! ;o} We've been with him for about 15 years, so he's become a friend.

No doubt you are working today?

It's always a good plan to friends of your doctor, dentist, bank manager and as many shopkeepers as possible. ;o}

Yes, working today and weekend - although will have three fewer calls a day while he is in hospital.
Actually, my dentist is nice, never met the bank manager, know every doctor in the area well from work. Is that enough? And local shopkeeper who takes the pee. And window cleaner, who does too :-). Ought to get a milkman. They sound fun.

Domesticity day will be Sunday for me. Mrs Oz and the two youngest return that evening. No use me doing it now, I'd just muck things up again by Sunday.

As well as being a friend, my dentist has a gorgeous nurse. ;o} It's a big practice with 8 surgeries all in one building. At on time it was a private house.
