Am thinking of taking a break in Jan or Feb 2013 to Tunisia. Can anyone tell me what to expect regards to the weather.
Have been several times during summer months but am totally ignorant about the winter there.

Depressions track through the Med in winter and showers may be expected. Also, cooling winds from the sea can make it feel quite cool , even though temperatures are springlike. The sun is higher in the sky than in Britain so it is possible to get a tan but the evenings are best for indoors. I enjoy walking and found the winter to be a good season to be active.
i went over xmas, was warm enough to sunbathe and other people were swiming. could get a little chilly at night but that was all

Thank You
Obviously,do not expect it to be like it is in summertime, just want a bit of sun to relax in.I am a cold weather person so does not bother me if it is coolish.
So sounds ideal.
