i have a virgin media superhub. i used to connect my laptop using a code
a student staying with me changed the code and has now left.
i cannot access the router with the pass word on the side of the router or any normal password i use myself.

I think I would ask Virgin Media. There must be a way they can reset this.
I only came on this thread as you have put it in weather! (which I am interested in)
Reset to factory defaults?

same problem, speak to virgin, get all info off the router, they took control ,click this click that and 10 mins the whole family is back on line,i suggest you mark router with a marker pen for the password,if you dont you will dig deeper and deeper which will wind you up,give them a ring
