Daffodils and snowdrops have started to show up, its signs of spring.

Does this mean that we can expect some decent above average temps this year?

It'll snow in August......
We have had snowdrops in flower for weeks in Essex, and this week I saw the first crocus flowers. The daffodils are already about 12", so flowers should not be too long.
its exciting...
Hope they will be able to stand the cold we are promised for the next 3 weeks. My daffodils really think it is Spring although they are only showing about 2 inches. I have noticed in the past they will stop growing if the weather gets too cold and then start again when it warms up.

I hope it stays warm and they stay out, I hate cold weather.

Besides, seeing these flowers out already makes me think that the cold weather forecasted is ***
