Question is too vague.
Do you have to hire the car?
Do you mean the cost of just petrol or do you include meals and other things?
Do you have to stay overnight somwhere (I have no idea how far it is) so will that add to the cost?
This is a UK based web site so you may be better asking on a US based web site.

Having just got back from the States, I can tell you that the price of petrol is falling fast over there.
On the day we arrived, it was $2.29 a gallon. On the day we left it was $1.84. The U.S. gallon is smaller than ours so add 25% to the above prices for the UK equivalent. Lots cheaper.

I've just checked on Google Earth and the journey from Brooklyn, New York to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is roughly 160 miles.
So you know the approximate price of petrol and the approximate distance. You should be able to work out the cost against the type of vehicle you will be using.
