I'm flying to Turkey tomorrow with Onur Air. I've not yet packed (because everything is last minute with me!) and have just realised that none of my paperwork or emails show the luggage allowance. there are 6 of us travelling.
does anyone know what the luggage allowance is, and can it be combined, ie; can I pack mine and my kids' stuff in one big suitcase, or is there an individual bag weight?

I think its 15kgs per bag and they like all the bags to be under that weight so separate bags are better.
I would check the web site to be 100% sure though and one last thing....
I CANT BELIEVE YOU HAVENT PACKED YET!!!!!!!

When I went to Turkey 3 weeks ago I paid for extra baggage and we had a max of 20kg so I think standard must have been 15kg.
Yo wont need much - its very hot so just a couple of sarongs and bikinis and light stuff for the evening. It was roasting even at 10pm! No cardis required x

doh for me! the tickets say 20kg each.. just not sure about the combining of allowances.
yeah, it's roasting hot out there. suntan lotion, bikini, spare undies.. oh, maybe I can do hand luggage only!

If it says 20kg per bag, then that's a maximum. You can't have one bag at 30kg and one at 10kg.
It's to protect the baggage handlers from having to handle bags that are too heavy
