Is there any reason I wouldnt be able to take a fresh flower bouquet on a flight to Spain from Stansted?

Even if it is allowed (I don't know if it is) it will be in a dreadful condition on arrival - it will have to go into the overhead locker.

Many countries do not allow plants or fresh flowers to be imported because of the risk of disease and pests. I would take something else, or arrange for flowers to be sent interflora.

I would wait until you arrive in Spain, the florists here do wonderful arrangements and they are cheaper than U.K.
