By typing 'egypt mosquito' into the very popular search engine, Google, you will find all these sites

I went to Sharm el Sheik a couple of years ago in December and not a single bite (and they usually love me). I always carry a 'click' with me just in case.

They got mossies but in the resorts, they gas all the wildlife every evening. I am not kidding.
Mossies breed in standing water, which with egypt being desert is in short supply, so that to keeps them down, but wherever there is a pond or a big puddle you will get a mossie. I did not get bitten when i was there.

With road tax hikes hitting those with 2001-2006 registered cars, would you consider selling up and buying a pre-2001 model to escape the the tax mans wrath?

Yes

The hikes don't really bother me
