We went two years ago - never again. The hotel was just about OK but what ruined it for us was the Russians. They were insufferably rude & ignorant. My youngest son (then age 5) was queuing for an ice cream by the pool. As he reached the front of the line a Russian woman appeared and physically knocked him to the ground to take his place.(That was the only occasion in my life I've resorted to violence.)
At the evening buffet I had a ladle snatched out ouf my hand by another Russian and my middle child had her plate snatched from her hand.
Never again.
