Paris - Barcelona train

Has anyone been on the Paris - Barcelona overnight 'tranhotel'? (or to any other Spanish destinations). We've looked at the website, but just wondered if anyone could tell us what it was really like. We would do London - Paris Eurostar then the overnight leg.

Lol I have, many many many many years ago! when it was called a couchette! We went from paris to Port Bou and then from Port Bow to Barcelona and then from Barcelona to Sitges. It was hell!!!!! fold down canvas hammocks in the train carriages that were cold and it was very noisy. We stopped at a station in the middle of the night and there was a demonstration on the platform, turned out that there was a train due with Giscard d'Estaing on board!!! it was 1975 actually, April i think.
