I have been advised to take this for a trip to kenya by the nurse at my doctors surgery. She and her friends have used it. She told me just to pick up a prescription from her and take to a chemist and it will cost about £10. I cannot remember the exact instructions for when to take them (will get when I see her ) but think it was 3 or 4 days before travel, time you are away and a few days when back. She said that some people who get 'funny tummys' with antibiotics can sometimes find their stomachs a bit sensitive for a couple of days with this but that was all I had to worry about. One of my friends who is a lecturer in nursing and is travelling with me is also going to take these ones.
