There you go, the best exchange rates, I have used them on a couple of occasions.
As you are clearly taking the p1$$, it really doesn't matter for small amounts. The bank or ATM's are convenient.

I very rarely bother with BdC as I find it more convenient to use ATMs.

If I do need to use a BdC I use the one that is most convenient as the variation in exchange rate and commission is so trivial I could easily spend the difference in additional fuel and parking costs.
