Hi, I'm looking for a good family hotel to go in maybe Tenerife, all inclusive, I have 2 boys 12 and 13, so am after somewere with good facilities , maybe football pitch or sports, can anybody reccomend anywere please X

you really need to give more detail: what time of year, do you want to be near a beach, is it Tenerife only or all the Canaries, or anywhere warm (which is a huge area).

Very broadly speaking, why not get a brochure from someone like Thomsons, have a look for anything you like and then check it out against the reviews on TripAdvisor? (Don't pay too much attention to the very best or very worst reviews, just get a general idea of what facilities it offers and whether people have enjoyed themselves.)

Under 'Style', click 'More' and then on 'Family Friendly'. (Also consider other options, such as 'Resort Hotel' and 'Budget' or 'Mid-Range'). Click 'X' to close the box.

Then click 'More' under 'Amenities' and add in your other preferences (such as a pool).

I personally didn't like Tenerife - it was far too crowded and commercial especially in the larger resorts but of course it depends what kind of holiday you like. Do take a look at Lanzarote too, another Canary island (which we prefer) - they have a lot of family hotels.
