easyjet is 30 days and when you go on, they tell you exactly when you can print them out.....I have two to do tomorrow.
But Ryanair are different, DT....

I am pretty sure it tells you on your booking email.
I am also pretty sure that it depends whether you want to pay for a seat or wait until you have one allocated to you.....if you buy one, you can check in and print out sooner than if you don't pay and wait for allocation.
correct lady a and your point about buying a seat is true as well and may well apply to easyjet. Do Ryan still send the collection bag around to add to the Vatican's funds?
Wouldn't bother printing them, just use them on the smartphone app, I always do with Ryanair and Sleazyjet.
What's that DT?
Ryanair aka 'The Pope's Airline'.....
Still don't understand your meaning.
on their very first flights, Knock to Lourdes and return, they used to ask for donations....
Was that actually Ryanair or just the first flights from Knock?

Knock is my fav airport :-)
which came first, the egg or the chicken, being more serious, Ryanair. (Not my fav airline as everytime I have flown them, esp Stansted to Cork, I've had long delays).

Thanks. Reason I asked is a good friend who comes to stay with me in the UK always leaves his printing out to the night before he flies and my printer is not reliable. I find it really stressful. Why can't he print it at home (??).
Why can't he just use the app? I'm often amazed when I see how many people have got reams of paperwork in their teeth at a check in desk. Some of us just look at each other with our smart phones, give a nod and a smirk and proceed straight to the security gate!

No printing required!!
Not everyone has a smart phone. I don't even have a phone at the moment.

Confirming what the paper bearers already thought about you.
People do seem to prefer paper boarding passes. On a 747 full of people you might see half a dozen with their details on their mobile. I myself tend to print off a paper pass when I travel. I have looked at Ryanair`s site (which doesn`t seem to be very informative) and it looks like you can print out the pass up to 2 hours before departure. After all, some people book flights at the last minute so they would be a bit stuffed if they couldn`t print off their pass.
Sorry, I forgot to put a smirky face.
What, that we're organised AND thinking of our carbon footprint douglas? LOL

ummmm, you'll soon join the 21st century......
If you were worried about your carbon footprint, you wouldn`t be flying ;-)
Chill....I had an iphone. Waiting for a new one.
