That's smashing thank you Buenchico - I love the web cam
20 degrees and a couple of showers, says Accuweather. Sunday wet, following days partly cloudy.

Thank you
Grannygrump, can recommend the boat trip from Dartmouth to Torquay lovely way to spend the day.
As someone who comes from the Devon coast -( OK the North Devon coast and 4 miles inland) you can never completely rely on weather forecasts. It can be cloudy just a few miles inland and when you go the beach, there is glorious sunshine. You`ll be fine.

Thank you all for your postings. We had an absolutely fantastic time and the weather was glorious. We went to Greenway - Agatha Christie's summer house thoroughly enjoyed it. We went to Dittisham on the ferry Lovely place & Salcombe on the bus as the ferry wasn't running while we were there The views from the bus - Blackpool & Slapton sands - were stunning. I didn't see your post re Torquay until we got back equality but thank you for the suggestion. We have been to Torquay a few times with our naval reunion and love it there. We stopped in a little B&B just 10 mins walk from the town centre Well 10 mins down but a bit longer walking back because of a short incline which my old legs took exception to. We had lovely meals in town and came home thoroughly relaxed. We had booked initially to see a friends grandson pass out but he got detailed off to Faslane & then Cyprus and won't now pass out until Oct/Nov. Not to worry we had a holiday instead. To make the journey even better we left the car at home & let the train take the strain. Ok going down but a bit chaotic coming back - absolutely packed and no trolley refreshments until Sheffield and difficult to get to the refreshment car. Last week Dartmouth Next week Nottingham to see my grandson's fiancée graduate. I'm loving this retirement job :-)
