Turkey Eggs

Hope everyone has had a great Xmas, here's a question which arose at our dinner table last night - why is it we can buy duck,hen,goose,quail eggs, but never see Turkey eggs for eating?

There is a farm, not far from Ffos Las Race Course, near Llanelli, that I buy turkey eggs whenever I am near by. And very delicious they are as well !

Additionally, (at least here in the Colonies) the turkey eggs are valuable unto themselves because, most turkey farmers raising turkey for commercial sale don't breed their own turkeys, but raise them from fertilized eggs...
