How are you accessing the internet? If it's via a phone or tablet or lap top then why not tune in via that?

I like to listen to the radio whilst sleeping, can I get Radio 4 over the internet? I always thought you couldn't access BBC channels when abroad due to licence fee issue. I hope your right as I have free wifi in my hotel and am using an iPad. Maybe I can listen to the archers after all, it would make me very happy. Thanks
