Walk Belgravia and Pimlico

Trying to find a self-guide London walk of Belgravia and Pimlico. Is there one or are they too far apart for a couple of hours walk? Not sure how far away from each other they are !

They're only abut a mile apart, roughly equal distance either side of Buckingham Palace Road.
