Sunrise in Bournemouth

I'm off to Bournemouth in a couple of weeks to take some photos of the sunrise, any ideas on the best place/s to see it? Heard the beach wasn't so good for it? Not sure though.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but wouldn't you be better off visiting somewhere on the east coast?

I would spudqueen but Im visiting a mate who lives in Bournemouth!

Bournemouth beach is practically looking out due South. See if you can get along to somewhere with an Eastern view like the top end of Sandbanks beach or even the cliffs at Old Harry. Hope you're lucky with the weather, we've hardly seen the sun in that part of the South.
