where i live the best rates are in intercash. I would probably consider getting it out abroad though (unless you're going to outer mongolia)

Tesco do a good deal. M & S too. Both good if you can collect

Lisa, if you're talking about Thailand, get it out there. Take a few bahts with you to start you off, you'll find the xchange rate out there is better than here, especially if you use the banks. Be wary of the little fella behind a counter, one tried to turn my husband over! He's a bit lively where money is concerned so saw it coming.
