I used my computer to book a flight for neighbours, and have just tried to check-in online. But despite entering the correct Reservation number and Credit card details, the site keeps telling me that the itinerary cannot be traced. Has anyone else had this problem?
Just a comment. I have had similar problems here in the states, but usually it was trying to check in to early. Most airlines have a time period before the flight that is the only time you can access and print you on line boarding passes. There should be another place that you can check your account to see that you are in the system however. One of the airlines I use here, only allows you to check in 12 hours before the flight.
Passengers can check-in online from 15 days up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure, if you are trying before the 15 days it wont recognize you.
