Travel Insurance

Just booked a trip to Malta next Feb with Mr M. Need travel insurance with the following cover: Cancellation due to worsening health of mother in law who is a cancer sufferer (pretty positive outlook and undergoing treatment (not chemo or radiotherapy)and Mr M has recently (7 months ago) been diagnosed with mild eplilespy and now takes meds each day so we have to declare that as well. The ones that I have look at will cover one or the other but not both!! Any ideas pse???
