The only Pub near there I know is the Dickens Inn. It's a beautiful 3-storey olde worlde tavern.
is street view in google maps any use? the photos are just a few years old
I think it is the Liberty Bounds.
Liberty Bounds?
It is Liberty Bounds. That is a Wetherspoons. And very nice the Steak Day offering is too! under £8.00 for a steak meal and a drink. GET IN¬!!!!!
Dickens Inn is in St Katherine's Dock, which is a bit away from the other pub you mentioned.
I only know the Hung, Drawn and Quartered.

The Liberty Bounds sounds familiar ................ going to google photos now as will know it when I see it. It was huge with an open, polished mahogany style staircase. Street view no good as can't see enough of building. Thanks for all the replies!
