Entertainment ideas in London

I am going to London on Monday morning with my 28 yr old daughter to see a show monday night. I am looking for ideas on what to do monday afternoon, after the show, and tuesday morning. We usually go to Covent Garden to listen to the singing for a while but want to do something different too........ ???

calibax, sorry didn't see you already mentioned it, we had some decent meals there, and the barman could make some spiky cocktails.

AB, there is so much to do, i could give you a hundred places to visit, not just the tourist spots, a river boat trip is good as others have suggested.

You could pop into the Festival Hall, as they sometimes have musicians playing, not sure about weekday, but it's an interesting building once you get inside.
