After installing a new Logitech keyboard in windows 7 I get the above error message on boot up. logitech support line told me it was a windows problem but I can find no reference to it on the microsoft support site. the keyboard seems to work fine but i would like to get rid of the error message. Any help would be appreciated

I think this is an infection .. and not to do with plugging a new keyboard.
FULL Scan with AV and Malwarebytes.

What specifically does it say the Error is?

"Error loading" that .dll file maybe?

thank you Naz

says "module could not be found"
Have you located that .dll file on your computer. If it is there try searching internet for it and load new copy. Remember to keep copy of original just in case.

many thanks ALBags your right! kaspersky had sorted it. looks like a keylogger. I was thrown off with the Logitech keyboard and the 'logi'
in the file name.

This is caused by the Logitech Download Assistant. If you don't use it disable it in msconfig or other and it will go away
