We are just changing our broadband supplier to BT. At present we have a Netgear router. BT have sent us a BT hub. We are keeping the same email address etc., do we need to change to the BT hub, or can we stay with our existing router.

You shouldn't need to, however, if you do ever have a problem with your exiting router then BT will probably refer you to Netgear.
