1: I want to transfer pics to my memory card, how do I do this?
2: How do I transfer to Pc, I have installed the program and have connected the phone by usb but still cannot view pics?

Open up Windows Explorer (or equivalent in Vista, Win7). All your connected devices should show as drives, each with a different letter. Transfer is by drag-and-drop as usual.
That's how I do it.
