iPhone 3GS- adding pictures/videos from your laptop...

I tried to add jpegs and avis from my pc onto my iPhone last night and it wouldn't allow me to do it. I was a bit surprised. Am I doing something wrong, if so how do i add them? Many thanks!...

Milvus

Sync your iPhone with iTunes. While it is connected click the iPhone link under devices and your sync rules will be displayed. Movies need to be imported into iTunes first, then click Movies tab, then you can load selected movies or all onto your phone by clicking the Sync movie button.
For photos, click the photo tag, click sync photos and tell iTunes where your photo file is, choose what you want to sync.
Then hit the sync button at the bottom of the page and all should be loaded
