It sounds as though your browser has been hijacked rather than that your home page has been changed. So for your own peace of mind ...

Download the free versions of Malwarebytes Anti Malware and Superantispyware. You can get them via www.malwarebytes.org and www.superantispyware.com/download.html respectively. Install them and run each in turn....

Do not download it.
When you say "...my screen is blocked..." which screen do you mean: desktop or home page of your inernet browser?
don't know about that specific bug but like ttg says don't download the programme, it is a scam and will infect your computer. best to download AVG anti-virus and let that deal with anything that comes up

JUMBUCK Home page Interner Browser
I was on the home page clicked on Cunard to see about a ship our mate is on ,then ai clicked on another section ,then the name UGLY DUCK came up and from then a Fake page has appeared which I cannot remove .
Simply change the home page to what you want; this is in the tools menu (tools>internet options, then general tab and the home page section of that).

Quite simply that setting has been changed by the site you visited, and I would doubt that any other damage has been done.

As the others have said DO NOT click on any buttons or links that appear in the UGLY DUCK page.

Download the free versions of Malwarebytes Anti Malware and Superantispyware. You can get them via www.malwarebytes.org and www.superantispyware.com/download.html respectively. Install them and run each in turn. Before doing a scan, make sure you get the latest updates for the programs, and ideally you should run them in safe mode. Tell them to delete anything they find (you may need to reboot your computer to let them finish removing some things) and see if that fixes the problem.

If you can't get to either of those sites (some nasties prevent you from getting to sites which provide reputable anti-malware and anti-virus software) looking for them on www.download.com or www.filehippo.com
