I've seen a laptop for sale which sounds quite good for me - unfortunately I don't know very much about computers and one of the things mentioned about it is " Hard Disk Capacity of 60GB is unformatted."
What does this actually mean and can I do whatever needs doing myself? Thank you.

If it only has a HDD(hard disk drive) of 60 GB it is certainly not worth buying,
formatted or not.
